Know the Designer
If you have any interest in fashion industry at all, Tom Ford is the on trend name you must know. Today, Alessandro Michele made Gucci the most heated luxury brand in the market while back in the day, it was Tom Ford who saved Gucci from bankruptcy and pushed them back to the top of the industry.
Tom Ford has been one of my favourite fashion designers since I was a fashion student. I admire everything about him, his talent, his taste, his moving love stories and his movies. His personal style is so obvious，you can easily spot his distinctive designs and I love the packaging of his beauty products.
First impressions of the Cherry Lush Lipstick
Besides the big TF logo right on the top of this lipstick, when I saw the design I knew it was Tom Ford, the square shape and black and gold case gave it away.
This lipstick is quite heavy compared to other brand’s lipstick. I’m not sure whether the case is made of metal or plastic, because it is feels like plastic but heavy like a metal. The weight of the lipstick and the shiny look make this lipstick luxurious and good quality to look at (although it is quite expensive!).

When you open the tube, you can smell a nice creamy odour. Every time when you open or close the lid you can hear a very nice click, and I quite like this sound.
The colour of this lipstick seems really dark and uneasy to wear but you will love it when you try it on your lips because this formula is one of the best that I have ever worn. Your lips will feel moisturised but not slippery.
The colour tone is not as dark as it looks and the creamy texture made it easy to apply on. This blue undertone red can light up your skin and made your teeth looks more bright. and another best thing about this lipstick is the colour lasting for ages and even it is faded away, it will still leaves a nice red stain.
