I have to admit that I totally bought this Givenchy loose powder because of the pretty pink look.Givenchy Prisme Libre loose powder has been famous for years with all the major Fashion and beauty magazines recommending it, and social media influencers worldwide have shown us how amazing it can look after correct application.
I have been using the Givenchy Prisme Libre loose powder for over two months now and I have to say that I am quite happy with it. When I don’t feel like doing my makeup I sometimes use my favourite BS mall makeup brushes to apply this powder because it makes my skin look smooth and less oily.
This Givenchy powder is the last thing I use when I am about to go out and want to look like I have a fresh and healthy skin tone.
First impressions of the Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder
The Givenchy Prisme Libre loose powder comes a square box with a black lid that has the classic Givenchy logo on it. I purchased the normal version but for different holidays and events Givenchy release special limited editions of this powder, with unique patterns and lid colours.
To open the powder, you will need to unscrew the lid. Inside you’ll see four beautiful powders separated in four little boxes and a fluffy white powder puff with the Givenchy logo on it. After removing the powder puff, there is another big Givenchy logo on the box, but this one is a functional one because it is where the powder comes out.
I have to say I quite like this packaging and it’s beautiful design is one reason why I bought this powder in the first place.
How this Givenchy Loose Powder feels on application
This shade works on any skin tone, so you don’t need to worry about whether it will match your skin tone or not. The rosy shade will radiate your skin even when you don’t have your makeup on.
It is very easy to apply and from looking at the official video it shows that you can use the powder puff to apply on your face, but I personally prefer to use this powder puff first and then use another brush to even out the powder across my face.
Don’t worry about the four different colours on your face, you won’t be able to notice a thing after you apply them evenly. You’ll only notice smooth and radiant skin.
The powder inside is finely milled, it is comfortable to wear and can last for half of the day . I have mixed oily skin but even if your skin type is dry, then it probably will last a whole day for you.

Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder – Final Thoughts
All in all, I am quite happy with this beautiful powder. However, even though I like the idea and the looks of the Givenchy logo as the place for powder to come out, it is a little bit hard to pick up a large enough amount of the powder. The powder puff is too small for me, I like to use big fluffy ones。
When I find some more powders that I like i’ll share them with you girls, so check back here often for the latest reviews and beauty advice.
